Terms of service
In short: plans are month to month and billed monthly in advance. You approve every email before it goes out. We work hard for results but cannot guarantee meetings or sales. Either side can end the plan with notice before the next billing date.
1.About these terms
These terms apply when you (“the Client”) use the services of Kenlead, a sole proprietorship of Sonu Krishnan in Bengaluru, India (“Kenlead”, “we”). By signing up for a plan, paying an invoice or confirming by email, you agree to them. A written proposal or order may add specific details; where it conflicts with these terms, the proposal wins.

2.The service
Kenlead provides done-for-you B2B outbound email: defining the target market, researching accounts and decision-makers, verifying contacts, writing email sequences, sending them from domains we manage, and forwarding interested replies with a weekly report. The volumes for each plan are set out on our website or in your proposal.
3.Plans and fees
| Plan | Monthly fee (USD) | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $449 | Founding price $399 for early clients, with a 3-month minimum term |
| Growth | $799 | Month to month |
| Scale | $1,299 | Month to month |
- Fees are billed monthly in advance, and work begins once payment is received.
- Prices exclude any taxes, bank or payment-platform charges, which the Client pays where they apply.
- Any setup fee will be stated in your proposal.
- If payment is more than 7 days late, we may pause the service until it is paid.
- Fees already paid are not refundable, except where these terms or the law say otherwise.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ written notice. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
4.No guaranteed results
Outbound results depend on your market, your offer, timing and the people we contact. Any figures we share, such as expected reply rates or calls per month, are estimates and targets, not promises. We do not guarantee any number of replies, meetings, sales or revenue.
5.Your responsibilities
- Approve emails. You review and approve every email or sequence before it is sent. Approved content is your responsibility as well as ours.
- Lawful offer. You confirm that your products, services and claims are lawful, accurate and not misleading, and that you hold any licences they require.
- Accurate information. You give us accurate details about your business, ideal customers and any accounts to exclude.
- Timely feedback. Slow approvals or replies may delay the campaign, and fees are not reduced for delays you cause.
- Follow up. You respond to the interested prospects we pass you, and honour any opt-out requests that reach you directly.
6.How we handle data and compliance
We process business-contact data as described in our Privacy Policy. Every email we send includes an opt-out, and we keep a suppression list. We follow applicable email and data-protection laws, including India’s DPDP Act 2023, the GDPR and UK GDPR, and the US CAN-SPAM Act. Our data providers’ terms may prevent us from handing over raw contact lists or exports. You receive the replies and reports from your campaign.
7.Term and termination
- Plans run month to month, apart from any minimum term (for example, the 3-month minimum on the Starter founding price).
- Either side can end a plan by giving written notice (email is fine) before the next billing date. The plan then ends at the close of the period already paid for.
- Either side can end the agreement immediately if the other seriously breaches these terms and does not fix the breach within 7 days of being told.
- We may suspend or end the service if a campaign would break the law or put our sending domains at risk.
8.Confidentiality
Each side will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform this agreement. This does not cover information that is already public, independently developed or lawfully received from someone else, or that the law requires to be disclosed. This duty continues for 2 years after the agreement ends.
9.Data after termination
When the agreement ends, we stop sending on your behalf. On your written request, we delete the information you gave us and your campaign data within 30 days, except where we must keep it for legal, tax or accounting reasons, and except for suppression lists, which we keep so opted-out people are never emailed again.
10.Intellectual property
You own your brand, materials and the approved email copy written for your campaigns. We keep ownership of our methods, templates, tools and know-how, and may reuse general learnings without identifying you.
11.Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Kenlead’s total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim arose. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue or opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.
12.General
- We may describe you as a client only with your permission.
- Neither side is responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control.
- If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- These terms, together with your proposal, are the whole agreement between us. We may update them with 30 days’ notice to active clients.
13.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
